We own the land and it is sold only by us, which saves you hundreds of dollars as compared to buying from third parties.

In addition, we do not charge for deed preparation for any cash deals, and we offer excellent financing terms, including an option where you can purchase your lot with a small down payment and the balance can then be paid within 90 days - at no extra charge.
